In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), we would like to inform you through this Privacy Notice on Voice Processing Activities (“Privacy Notice”) about how your personal data is processed and protected in connection with our voice processing activities.

Voice Technology Used in the Demo
The voice technology used in the demo analyzes the voice characteristics contained in the voice recording you upload and generates synthetic voices with similar voice characteristics using the existing voice synthesis model.
As part of the demo, you can experience the extent to which the generated synthetic voice may resemble the voice of the speaker in the voice recording you have uploaded, as well as the speed at which synthetic voice generation can be performed.
Use of Voice Recordings and Voice Models
Your voice recordings and any voice model generated from such recordings are not used for purposes other than those specified in this Privacy Notice. Such data is processed in accordance with the principles and requirements applicable to the protection of personal data under the GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation.
5. METHOD OF COLLECTION AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We collect your personal data through the voice files that you upload or record on our website for the purpose of carrying out text-to-speech synthesis processes.
The relevant personal data is retained in our systems only for the duration of the demo and is not otherwise stored or retained beyond this period.
6. RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
At SESTEK, we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. We only disclose or transfer your personal data to third parties where this is necessary, lawful and permitted under applicable data protection legislation.
Within the scope of our voice processing activities, your personal data is not shared with third parties and is stored on servers operated by or on behalf of SESTEK.

SESTEK implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

8. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
Subject to applicable law and certain limitations under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data are being processed (Right of Access);
• Right to access and receive a copy of your personal data;
• Right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data (Right to Rectification);
• Right to request the deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances (Right to Erasure or “Right to be Forgotten”);
• Right to request the restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
• Right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller where technically feasible (Right to Data Portability);
• Right to object to the processing of your personal data where processing is based on legitimate interests or carried out for direct marketing purposes;
