Overview

The Overview dashboard is a project's built-in reporting page. It covers how sessions ended, how the AI agents and their tools performed, how HTTP calls behaved, how intents were detected and, where enabled, what the project costs to run. To open it, go into a project and choose Dashboard > Overview. To build charts of your own, use Dashboard > Custom, described in Custom Dashboards. What both dashboards need is on Dashboards.

The page has five tabs, each described on its own page:

Tab What it covers
Business Metrics Sessions: how many, how long, how they ended, sentiment and ratings
AI Agent AI agent and tool performance, tokens and cost
HTTP Metrics Calls made by the HTTP node in your flows
Intents Intent detection and fallbacks for NLU-based virtual agents
Cost Analysis The project's estimated cost, by feature

Filters

The filter panel on the left changes with the tab:

Tab Filters
Business Metrics Date, Channel
AI Agent Date, AI Agent, Channel
HTTP Metrics Date, Channel, Endpoint
Intents Date, Virtual Agent, Channel
Cost Analysis Date, Channel
  • Date: a start and end date. The Yesterday, Today, Last 7 days and Last 30 days shortcuts fill in both dates for you.
  • Channel: the channels integrated with the project, such as Webchat or IVR.
  • AI Agent: limits the figures to one AI agent in the project.
  • Virtual Agent: limits the figures to one of the project's NLU-based virtual agents. If you leave it empty, every virtual agent in the project is included.
  • Endpoint: one or more HTTP endpoints. If you leave it empty, every endpoint is included.

Filters are combined, so the widgets show only data that matches all of them. Nothing on screen changes until you press Filter, including after you pick a date shortcut. A widget with nothing to show reads "No data is available, please check your filters."

Item Value
Default date range Yesterday. The range goes back to Yesterday each time you return to Overview.
Maximum date range 3 months. A longer range is refused when you press Filter.
