Enhancements

Platform Upgrade to .NET 10 and Angular 21
Conversational Analytics now runs on a new generation of its underlying technology: the backend services have moved to .NET 10, the web interface to Angular 21, and the application framework both are built on has been upgraded alongside them. The upgrade closes a security vulnerability in a third-party template-engine dependency used by that framework, and it is the reason this release is published as a new major version. It is a technology change rather than a functional one, so existing screens and settings behave as they did before, while the newer framework also makes additional capabilities available to the platform.

Optional Password Reuse Prevention
The platform's identity capabilities now include password reuse prevention, which can stop a user from setting a password they have recently used. It is not switched on in this release: the option is off by default, and no existing password policy has changed, so password rules and login behaviour are exactly as they were on the previous version. An administrator can enable it, and once enabled the number of previous passwords that cannot be reused is 6 by default and can be set to a different value.
