Prompts > Responses in the project menu lets you find, edit and export response texts across every flow of the project version, without opening each flow. That covers the project's own flows, intent action flows and AI Agent tool flows.
It covers responses in Say, Ask, Ask Attachment, Ask Missing Slot, Confirmation and Live Chat Transfer nodes, of the response types Text and Quick Replies.
Finding responses
Use Search & Filters:
| Filter | What it matches |
|---|---|
| Response | Text in the response. Needs at least two characters, unless a Flow is chosen. |
| Flow | One flow. |
| Channel | The channel the response is for, including None. |
| Node Type | The kind of node. |
| Response Type | Text or Quick Replies. |
The Aa icon in the Response box matches case, and the ab icon matches whole words. Select Filter to apply the filters, or Clear to reset them. Nothing is listed until you set Response or Flow.
The results show each response's Response, Channel, Flow, Node Type and Response Type.

Editing and replacing
You edit responses in the draft, and you need the Projects > Edit permission. On the published version you can only search and export.
To edit one response, select its pencil, change the text and select the check mark. Press Esc to cancel. Rich text is not available for responses on the IVR channel.
To change the same text everywhere, use Replace next to the search box. For example, when a product is renamed:
- Search for
Fiber 100 Mbpsand turn on the Aa icon. - In Replace with, enter
Fiber 200 Mbps. - Use the previous and next arrows to step through the matches, and select Replace for each one you want to change. To change them all at once, select Replace all.
⚠️ Warning: An edit or a replacement is written straight into the flow, as if you had changed the node yourself. Check the matches before you select Replace all.
Exporting responses
Select Export for the current results, or Export All for every response in the version. The file is prepared in the background, and a notification brings the download. It is an Excel (.xlsx) file with the same five columns as the results. Export works on both the draft and the published version.
