A project is where one assistant lives: its flows, virtual agents, AI agents, knowledge bases, channels and services, languages and reports. Everything you build in SESTEK AI Agents is built inside a project, so creating one is the first step.
Every project has one of two types. You choose it when you create the project, and it cannot be changed afterwards.

| Outbound | The project, by placing voice calls to customers within the calling hours you set |
Outbound projects are available only when outbound calling is enabled for your tenant. Without it, every project is Inbound.
You build and test in a project's draft. Customers talk to the published version, which changes only when you publish.
