Data API

Data API provides programmatic access to conversation data generated by Sestek AI Agents, so that it can be consumed by external systems.

Instead of viewing data only in the platform UI, you can pull it into your own environment - a data warehouse, BI or reporting tool, quality management application, or long-term archive. Data is delivered in daily batches as downloadable files rather than per-conversation real-time calls, which makes it suitable for scheduled, high-volume transfers.

The Data API currently includes:

  • Daily Conversation Reports: structured conversation records (metadata, transcripts and related details) for a given day.
  • Daily Conversation Audio Recording: audio recordings of voice conversations for a given day.

Both APIs must be enabled per tenant before use, and retention settings determine how long the generated daily data remains available for download.
