Settings is where an administrator configures SESTEK AgenticCX for the whole tenant. This article covers the Integration area, where you connect SESTEK AgenticCX to the services it depends on: Conversational Analytics, the AI agent service, and the call recorder. The values in the screenshots are made up examples (example.com addresses and acme names), not real endpoints or keys.
Open it from Administration, Settings in the left menu, then select Integration.

Settings at a glance
The Settings page lists its areas down the left side: Account, Chat, Identity management, Integration, Data Import, Phone Numbers, Work Environment, Queues and Localization. Select an area to see its tabs on the right. Each tab has its own Save button, so a change on one tab never saves another.

Under Integration there are three tabs:
| Tab | What it connects |
|---|---|
| Conversational Analytics | The Conversational Analytics service your tenant uses |
| AI Agent | The AI agent service |
| Call Recording | Streaming of call audio to the call recorder |
Conversational Analytics
Fill in the connection details of the service. Under every field the page shows a short hint about what it is for.
| Field | What to enter | Required |
|---|---|---|
| Conversational Analytics API Base URL | The address of the Conversational Analytics API, for example https://api.example.com | Yes, must be a valid URL |
| Identity Server Base URL | The address of the identity provider that issues tokens, for example https://auth.example.com | Yes, must be a valid URL |
| Scope | The scope to request for the Conversational Analytics API | No |
| API Client ID | The client identifier used to request tokens | No |
| API Client Secret | The client secret of the confidential client. It is kept encrypted | No |
The secret is never shown. The API Client Secret field stays empty and shows the hint Enter to update the current value. Type a secret only when you want to replace the stored one.
If you clear a required URL field, the form shows the field name followed by Required (for example, Conversational Analytics API Base URL Required). If you type something that is not a web address, it shows Please enter a valid URL (e.g. https://api.example.com).

Test Connection
Select Test Connection to check the settings against the service. It tests the values that are already saved, so save your changes first. A green Success message (Connection tested successfully.) means the service answered.

If the test fails, a red Error message tells you what to check. Messages you may see include Base URL is unavailable. Please check your Base URL settings. and An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.
AI Agent
The AI Agent tab works the same way as Conversational Analytics, with its own Test Connection and Save buttons.

| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| AI Agent API Base URL | The address of the AI agent API, for example https://aiagent.example.com. Required, must be a valid URL |
| AI Agent Identity Server Base URL | The address of the identity provider the AI agent uses, for example https://auth.example.com. Required, must be a valid URL |
| Grant Type | The grant type for the AI agent API, for example client_credentials. Not required |
| AI Agent Client ID | The client identifier the AI agent uses to request tokens. Not required |
| AI Agent Client Secret | The client secret, kept encrypted and never shown. Leave the field empty to keep the stored one |

Call Recording
The Call Recording tab controls whether this tenant streams its call audio to the central call-recorder service.

| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Enable Call Recording Streaming | A switch, off by default. The text under it says: Stream this tenant's call audio to the central call-recorder service. Also serves as this tenant's consent record for recording. |
| Call Recorder WebSocket URL | The WebSocket address of the call recorder. It must start with ws:// or wss://. It is required while the switch is on |
Turn the switch on and the URL becomes required. Leave it empty and the form shows Call Recorder WebSocket URL Required. An ordinary web address such as http://recorder.example.com is rejected with Enter an absolute WebSocket URL starting with ws:// or wss://.

A valid address looks like wss://recorder.example.com/stream.

Because turning the switch on is also the tenant's consent record for recording, only switch it on when your organisation has the consent it needs for recording calls.
Good to know
- Nothing is applied until you select Save on the tab you edited.
- Client secrets are write-only. The page never displays a stored secret, so you cannot copy one back out of Settings.
- Test Connection uses the saved values, not what you have just typed.
- Dates and times in the application follow the tenant time zone set under Settings, Localization.
