Notifications is where SESTEK AgenticCX tells you that work you started in the background has finished. Today that means the result of a contact import: you start a CSV import, carry on with your day, and a notification arrives when it is done, with a link to the full result. Notifications stay in a list until you read them, so you can come back to them later.
Open it with the bell in the right-hand toolbar.

The bell

The bell is in the toolbar on the right of every page. When you have unread notifications, a red badge on the bell shows how many. Hover over the bell to see the tooltip Notifications, and select it to open the Notifications page. The bell opens the page directly, there is no drop-down list.
Every signed-in user can open the bell and the Notifications page. No permission is needed, and you only ever see your own notifications.
The Notifications page

The page title is Notifications. Under it, three links show the counts and let you switch views:
| Link | What it shows |
|---|---|
| {n} recent | Recent notifications |
| {n} unread | Notifications you have not read yet. This view is selected when you open the page |
| {n} total | All your notifications |
The selected link is shown in bold. Select {n} total to see read and unread notifications together.

Each row shows:
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Status icon | A green check for success, an orange warning triangle for a partial result, a red cross for an error |
| Date | When the notification was created, in your tenant's time zone and date format |
| Message | The text of the notification. Unread messages are in bold |
| View | Opens the detailed result, when there is one |
| Envelope button | Marks the notification as read or unread |
The list shows 25 notifications per page. Use the page controls under the list to move between pages, and the refresh icon on the right to reload it. When there is nothing to show, the list says No notifications.

Read and unread
Select the envelope button at the end of a row to change its state. A closed envelope means unread. An open envelope means read. The tooltip tells you what the button will do: Mark as read or Mark as unread.

To clear everything at once, select Mark all as read at the top right. The button is greyed out when you have no unread notifications. The badge on the bell disappears and the unread view becomes empty.

If marking fails, SESTEK AgenticCX shows one of these messages: Failed to mark notification as read., Failed to mark notification as unread. or Failed to mark all notifications as read.
Contact import results
When a contact import finishes, the user who started it gets a notification. The wording depends on the outcome:
| Outcome | Message | Icon |
|---|---|---|
| All rows imported | Contact import of 'spring-customers.csv' finished: 50 of 50 rows imported. | Green check |
| Some rows failed | Contact import of 'winter-leads.csv' finished: 48 of 50 rows imported. | Orange warning |
| The import could not run | Contact import of 'broken-export.csv' could not be completed. | Red cross |
Select View to open the Contact import result window.

It shows:
- CSV import completed, with the number of imported rows out of the total, for example 48/50.
- Failed record count, when some rows failed.
- Rows skipped because of undefined segments, when the file used segments that do not exist and were not created.
- Created segments, when the import created new segments.
- A table of the failed rows with First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Unassigned segments and Error. If the table is wider than the window, scroll it sideways to read the reason.

If the whole import failed, the window says CSV import failed.

Import results are kept for 7 days. After that, the notification stays in your list, but View shows The result of this import is no longer available.

For the CSV file format and how rows are handled, see the Contacts article.
Good to know
- Notifications are kept in your list until you read them.
- The only notifications SESTEK AgenticCX sends today are contact import results. Other events, such as campaign progress, do not create notifications in this list.
- The dates follow your tenant's time zone and date format, set under Settings, Localization.
- Notifications are personal: each user sees only the ones addressed to them.
